  • Without valid proof, we will not be able to process the refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the damage is verified, we’ll initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Returns or refunds are not applicable for reasons such as change of mind, wrong selection, or dislike of the product.
